Bioclinica Medical Imaging 'Raising the Bar'

As President of Bioclinica's Medical Imaging & Biomarkers business it is my pleasure to share with you that our team has been recognized by a top biopharma company with the 2017 'Raising the Bar' award for delivering medical imaging excellence in support of multiple global clinical development programs.

The 'Raising the Bar' award is given annually to the leading service partner across the sponsor's global organization whose performance stands above all other providers. As the recipient of this year's award, Bioclinica not only provided interim and final data transfers ahead of schedule for a pivotal trial, but also met accelerated timelines while maintaining performance excellence. All of this required careful coordination and thorough oversight by our project team and close collaboration with our client's internal team.

During the recent supplier forum where the award was presented, Bioclinica Medical Imaging was hailed for its "professionalism and commitment" to their clinical trials efforts and successes. The greatest credit goes to our people ─ and their knowledge, passion and commitment to innovation that permeates our organization, making this achievement possible. This extends across our entire team: project managers, data managers, imaging operations and technologists, engineers, IT operations and support staff, radiologists, scientists, medical affairs, global services, business development and sales operations teams, and the many individuals who contributed along the way.

While we do not pursue awards, it sure feels great to have Bioclinica Medical Imaging recognized by this esteemed sponsor! It is a great honor to play a key role in their successful clinical development program, as it is for all of the sponsors we serve. Indeed over the past three decades, our organization has distinguished itself partnering with our clients to deliver innovations and expert medical imaging services around the globe. The team has consistently exceeded stakeholder expectations as evidenced in numerous performance and quality metric awards over the years. More important than awards however is the continued trust placed in our team.

We strive to effectively balance the objectives of sponsors and their trials with the regulatory requirements founded on the safety and efficacy requirements for patients. As governed by our comprehensive quality management system, our roots in science and commitment to regulatory compliance, all these factors propel us as an organization toward delivering the highest quality work possible each and every day.

We continue on our mission − providing technologic-enabled science expertise in partnership with sponsors to improve world health, one patient and one indication at a time.

Please join me in congratulating the Bioclinica Medical Imaging team on its continued success in raising the bar!
